Amy Rita Ellsworth, 37, was working as a special education non-instructional aide at Waterford Mott High School in Waterford, Michigan, when she was arrested and charged with four counts of first degree criminal sexual assault and two counts of third degree criminal sexual assault.
According to reports, Ellsworth is being accused of having sexual relations with three students both on and off of the school grounds between October 2008 and September 2009.
