Lost Angels Family

This is a closed online support group of parents who have a child in prison. Those interested in joining can send an introduction letter to the List owner.

North Carolina Department of Correction: Family Services
They provide printable handbooks for family and friends of inmates, including rules for inmates and visitation rules.

TDCJ - Offenders' Family Guidelines
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice operates the state's system of facilities for the confinement of adult felony offenders. This information guide is intended to provide the public with a brief description of principal program areas.

Chicago Legal Advocacy for Incarcerated Mothers (CLAIM)
CLAIM was formed in 1985 to address the gap in legal aid and advocacy for women prisoners and their families.

Family and Corrections Network
They offer information, training and technical assistance on children of prisoners, parenting programs for prisoners, prison visiting, incarcerated fathers and mothers, hospitality programs, keeping in touch, returning to the community, the impact of the justice system on families, and prison marriage.

Texas Inmate Families Association, Inc.
The TIFA provides services to inmates' families and works with public and public officials. The site offers helpful information to anyone but to become a member, there is a fee.
