On Dec. 5, 2008, Clark County District Judge Jackie Glass sentenced O.J. Simpson and co-defendant Clarence "C.J." Stewart for their conviction on 10 counts in connection with the kidnapping and armed robbery of two sports memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas casino motel room.

Here are the sentences for each count of the indictment:

    Count 1: Conspiracy to Commit a Crime - 1 year in county jail.

    Count 2: Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping - 12 to 48 months at the Nevada Department of Corrections to be served concurrently (at the same time) with Count 1.

    Count 3: Conspiracy to Commit Robbery - 12 to 48 months at the Nevada Department of Corrections to be served concurrently with Count 2.

    Count 4: Burglary While in Possession of a Deadly Weapon - 26 to 120 months at the Nevada Department of Corrections to be served concurrently with Count 3.

    Count 5: 1st Degree Kidnapping With Use of a Deadly Weapon - A fixed term of 15 years with eligibility for parole after five years at the Nevada Department of Corrections plus a consecutive sentence enhancement of 12 to 72 months for use of a deadly weapon. To be served concurrently with Count 4.

    Count 6: 1st Degree Kidnapping With Use of a Deadly Weapon - A fixed term of 15 years with eligibility for parole after five years at the Nevada Department of Corrections plus a consecutive sentence enhancement of 12 to 72 months for use of a deadly weapon. To be served concurrently with Count 5.

    Count 7: Robbery With Use of a Deadly Weapon - 60 to 180 months at the Nevada Department of Corrections plus a consecutive sentence enhancement of 12 to 72 months for use of a deadly weapon. To be served concurrently with Count 6.

    Count 8: Robbery With Use of a Deadly Weapon - 60 to 180 months at the Nevada Department of Corrections plus a consecutive sentence enhancement of 12 to 72 months for use of a deadly weapon. To be served concurrently with Count 7.

    Count 9: Assault With a Deadly Weapon - 18 to 72 months at the Nevada Department of Corrections to be served consecutively with Count 8.

    Count 10: Assault With a Deadly Weapon - 18 to 72 months at the Nevada Department of Corrections to be served consecutively with Count 9.

Under Nevada law, O.J. Simpson would be eligible for parole in approximately seven-and-a-half years.
