In 2003, Jeffrey Jones pleaded no contest to charges that he employed a minor for the purpose of taking sexually explicit photographs. He was sentenced to five-years probation, ordered to undergo counseling, and is required to register as a sex offender.
In June 2010, Jones was arrested again for failing to register as a sex offender.
