Weekly Crime Poll: The Spiked Milkshakes

By January 4, 2013

Follow me on:

A teenage girl, age 15, did not like her parents 10 p.m. internet curfew, so she and her 16-year-old friend decided to put prescription sleeping pills into the parents' milkshakes.

The parents fell asleep, but the next day they became suspicious when they had trouble waking up. They decided to take a home drug test which they obtained from the police department. The test came out positive and the parents turned the girls over to the police. They were charged with suspicion of conspiracy and willfully mingling a pharmaceutical with food.

Poll: Would you have turned the girls over to the police?
