Casey Anthony Back in Jail After Bond Rescinded
The mother of a missing Florida girl is back in jail after she was arrested on charges of check fraud and theft charges and a California bounty hunter withdrew his $500,200 bond for Casey Anthony on her original child endangerment charges. Tony Padilla said he surrendered the bond due to new evidence and "heightened security concerns."Meanwhile, some media outlets are reporting that authorities have confirmed that two-year-old Caylee Anthony's body was in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car.
Two television stations reported that Orange County investigators have the results of lab test that indicate that hair found in the trunk of the car belonged to Caylee and that hair showed signs of decomposition.
However, another Orlando TV station reported that investigators were not ready to confirm that Caylee was in the trunk of the car used by Casey Anthony.
Arrested at Parents' Home
Casey Anthony was arrested at her parents' home Friday and lead away in handcuffs in front of the television cameras. She was charged with uttering a forged instrument, fraudulent use of personal information and petty theft. The charges stem from Casey allegedly using a friend's checkbook and credit card to make purchases and get money.
Casey's attorney protested the actions of the Sheriff's Department because he said he called them and offered to have her surrender on the relatively minor charges and was told no arrest was planned. Then deputies showed up at the Anthony home with cameras glaring.
"They decided to make a spectacle of the event," Jose Baez said. "They chose this moment to grandstand and to utilize their power to go ahead and make an arrest on something they knew two months ago."
Baez said the bond on the charges usually carry a bond of $3,000 total. He attempted to bail her out of jail Friday night, but had to wait until a hearing Saturday morning. Meanwhile, overnight Friday, Padilla withdrew his original bond, leaving Casey Anthony behind bars.

So if you kill your kid, you can just not say anything and get away with it? This just floors me! Just her not reporting her missing for 30 days should be enough to put her in jail for the rest of her life. I am glad that they made a spectacle of her on Friday night. She deserves to have protesters at her door day and night. In fact, she should have NEVER been allowed to get out of jail. Casey Anthony should be kept in the smallest, crappiest jail cell in the world until she gives up the info for her little girl. How can a mother first of all do something to her child, but then not report it??? I hope to God that little Caylee is ok…but it isnt looking good at this point. It is ridiculous…I hope she gets the death sentence.
I agree with Jamie. It is outrageous that authorities would even consider bargaining with this, (and I use the term lightly,)mmother. Couple that with the ridiculous misplaced loyalty of the child’s grandparents, who keep insisting that Casey is a good mother and loves her child and that Caylee is still alive, no wonder the public believes that this child is probably dead. I am not a vindictive person, but I like Jamie’s idea…a tiny, cramped cell…add to it a bread and water diet, until she finally tells the truth. Lie detector anyone?

Ypu don’t leave it for 30 days before you report your child missing. Any normal person would have reported their child missing after to hours. I am not a parent and I am saying that!
I first read about this case in a UK magazine a few weeks ago.
I found it quite disturbing about how the mother seemed to have a lack of concern and why did’t the grandparents go round (they must have known where their daughter was staying) to check up on their grandaughter as it is quite clear that Casey has got issues!

This is a sad and disturbing story. That Casey should be handcuffed and shackled to a chair in a jail cell and forced to sit there until she gives up her daughter. The grandparents are so far in denial it is unreal and endangering Caylee. I do not believe this little angel is with us anymore.
