Paul Edmond Carpenter: Wanted for Murder

The FBI has added Paul Edmond Carpenter to its list of featured fugitives wanted for murder. Carpenter and three accomplices robbed a group of German tourists in California in 1998, killing one of them. The accomplices were arrested and convicted but Carpenter remains at large.
