Tampa teacher Stephanie Ragusa, 28, was arrested and charged with five counts of lewd and lascivious battery of a 14-year-old male student. Investigators say Ragusa allegedly had sex with the boy between October 2006 and May 2007, while she was teaching at Davidsen Middle School.
