Pamela Rogers was arrested and released on $10,000 bond. The terms of her probation included not contacting the victim or his family and not using the Internet. Authorities said Rogers set up a MySpace.com web site she used to communicate with the victim's 17-year-old sister.
The MySpace web site has been removed, but a cached copy of the page was published on BadJocks.com. On the page, "PJ" posted the following:
TO NUMBER 32..... "My Plans are Your Plans...." "Nothing's Changed...." "Say it.....say it...." Always is the word, Baby, always. Listen to "Far Away" by Nickleback.... that's for you. But, you know... I hate hearing something that is exactly the opposite of what you have said. I hate lies. Honesty is the biggest, most important trait in people. When I find out that I have been lied to and deceived, after all the sacrifices I have made, it makes me wanna....."
The web page then shows a photo of a blonde woman putting her fist through a large mirror.
Rogers, formerly Pamela Rogers Turner, agreed to a plea deal in August 2005 that allowed her to serve only nine months of an eight-year sentence and avoid a trial on 28 charges of sexual battery and statutory rape. She was released after six months for good behavior.
McMinnville Tennessee District Attorney General Dale Potter said he plans to have Rogers return to prison to serve the remaining seven years of her original prison term.
"This came in such a short amount of time after she was released on probation and in our opinion these were intentional violations of the terms of her release," Potter said.
