Margaret De Barraicua was a 30-year-old teacher intern at McClatchy High School in Sacramento was sentenced to one year in jail and five years probation after she pleaded guilty to four counts of felony statutory rape.
According to reports, De Barraicua was having sex with a 16-year-old special education student. Police first became suspicious when they caught De Barraicua and the boy parked behind an elementary school. Her two-year-old son was in the back seat of the car.
