Laura Obzera, 49, was working as an elementary school nurse in Bolingbrook, Illinois, when she was arrested September 18, 2008, and charged with three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Officials said Obzera was allegedly having sexual relations with three teen boys, ages 13 to 17, in 2006.
Bolingbrook police say at this time they believe Obzera did not meet the boys through her job as a school nurse and the allegeded sexual relations did not occur on school property.
The investigation into Obzera's conduct began after the Department of Children and Family Services received a tip on their hot line on September 1, said DCFS spokesman.
