In March 2011, Gail Gagne was convicted of fifth-degree sexual misconduct of a 16-year-old student.
Gagne was a teacher and coach at Cretin-Derham Hall in St. Paul in Minnesota in 2008, when the sexual misconduct took place.
She was sentenced to one year in jail which was stayed, she is required to register as a sex offender in Minnesota and California, she is not permitted to work with minors and she was put on probation for two years. She also had to pay a $300 fine.
Gagne's father is retired pro wrestler Greg Gagne and her grandfather is wrestling champion Verne Gagne.
