John Allen Muhammad and partner Lee Boyd went on a three-week shooting spree in 2002 in the Washington D.C. area in which 13 people were randomly shot and 10 of them killed. Muhammad, a father figure to Mavo, was allegedly the mastermind behind the murder spree.
