Derrick Todd Lee, dubbed the Baton Rouge Serial Killer, was linked by DNA to seven women murdered in and around Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was convicted of the May 31, 2002 rape and murder of one of the women, LSU graduate Charlotte Murray Pace and sentenced to death by lethal injection.
