The Case:
In June, 2008, an FBI search of Ward's home turned up images and video files on his computer, CDs and DVDs showing minors engaging in sexual acts.
The Conviction:
In January 2010, Ward pleaded guilty to possession of one or more matters containing a visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
The Sentence:
On Sept. 30, 2010, U.S. District Judge Ronald A. White sentenced Ward to 63 months in prison followed by 60 months of supervised release.
