Michael Jackson Accusation Details Revealed

The Smoking Gun Publishes Secret Files

By Charles Montaldo, About.com

Using confidential law enforcement and government reports, grand jury testimony, and sealed court records, The Smoking Gun web site has published the lurid details of the prosecution's case against singer Michael Jackson.

According to web site, which is a part of Court TV, "If the harrowing and deeply disturbing allegations in these documents are true, Jackson is a textbook pedophile, a 46-year-old predator who plied children with wine, vodka, tequila, Jim Beam whiskey, and Bacardi rum."

The documents revealed accusations made by a teenage boy, which were corroborated by the boy's younger brother, older sister, and their mother. The two boys provided investigators with first-hand accounts of Jackson's alleged sexual behavior.

The Smoking Gun report is divided into the following four sections:

    The Predator
The Smoking Gun has compiled an authoritative, behind-the-scenes account of the prosecution's case against the King of Pop, who was indicted last April on ten felony counts for the alleged sexual abuse of a Los Angeles boy in early 2003.

    House of Porn
A raid of Michael Jackson's bedroom suite turned up porn galore--including books of photographs of nude women and boys--and many items related to the 13-year-old boy who has accused the singer of molestation.

    The Telltell 'Splotch'
As search warrants go, you won't find one more intrusive than the one executed on Michael Jackson's, person in 1993. And the results of that intimate Kodak moment from a decade ago could resurface in the performer's upcoming molestation trial.

    Urine Trouble?
Concerned that a urine test would reveal that he was giving alcohol to a teenage boy, Michael Jackson allegedly participated in a bizarre scheme to dump the sample, according to sealed investigative records.

Jackson faces charges of conspiracy to commit child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion, three counts of committing lewd acts upon a child, attempted lewd acts upon a child, and four counts of administering intoxicating agents to assist in the commission of a felony.

Jackson entered a plea of not guilty to the ten felony counts on April 30, 2004 at Santa Maria, California courthouse. His trial is scheduled to begin Jan. 31. 2005.
