A 20-year-old maintenance man at a Georgia apartment complex has entered a guilty plea to charges stemming from the sexual assault and murder of a 7-year-old girl. Ryan Brunn was sentenced to life in prison for the death of Jorelys Rivera at the River Ridge apartments in Canton, Georgia.

The body of a 7-year-old Georgia girl has been found in a compactor type trash container at the apartment complex where she lived with her mother. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said Jorelys Rivera has been severely beaten and sexually assaulted.
