On Dec. 2, 2011, 7-year-old Jorelys Rivera disappeared after she left the playground at the River Ridge apartments in Canton, Georgia to go get something to drink for herself and her friends. Her body was found in a compactor-type trash compactor at the complex three days later.

Two days after pleading guilty to killing a 7-year-old Georgia girl at the apartment complex where he lived and worked, a 20-year-old maintenance man has apparently taken his own life. Ryan Brunn reportedly hanged himself in his cell at Jackson Diagnostic Prison in Jackson, Georgia.
