Cindy Song, a five-foot, one-inch, 115-pound Asian with black hair and brown eyes, was born Feb. 25, 1980 in Korea.

Cindy Song was last seen on the evening of October 31, 2001, after she attended a Halloween party in State College, Pennsylvania. At the time of her disappearance, she was a 21-year-old architectural design student at a local university. Song and her friends attended a party at a social club and then went to another party at a friend's house. She was later dropped off at her residence and appeared to have entered her apartment. Song was reported missing after failing to appear at her job in a local Korean restaurant the next day.

Cindy Song may also use her given name of Hyunjung Song. She has longer than shoulder-length hair. Song has multiple piercings in her ears and also has her navel pierced. She was last seen wearing the following Halloween costume: a blouse with an embroidered rabbit on it, a short skirt with a cotton tail, and rabbit ears.

Anyone with information concerning this case should take no action, but instead immediately contact the nearest FBI Office or local law enforcement agency. For any possible sighting outside the United States, contact the nearest United States Embassy or Consulate.
