When celebrities are arrested they are booked, fingerprinted and photographed just like anyone else. Many times their mug shots look as glamorous as the celebrities themselves, but sometimes their police booking photos tell a different story. Below are moments of the first decade of the 21st Century that these celebs would love to do over.
1. Phil Spector
This mug shot was taken at North Kern State Prison Reception Center in Delano, California after Phil Spector was convicted on May 29, 2009 of the murder of Lana Clarkston.
2. Nick Nolte
On September 12, 2002, Nolte was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol or drugs after police observed him swerving into oncoming traffic near his Malibu home.
3. Glen Campbell
Glenn Campbell was obviously having a bad day in November 2003 when he was arrested for drunk driving and hit-and-run after he rammed into a car at an intersection.
4. Rip Torn
Actor Rip Torn was arrested in December of 2006 for drunk driving in Westchester County, New York, after being involved in a collision with another vehicle.
5. Daniel Baldwin
Actor Daniel Baldwin was arrested in Santa Monica, California on November 7, 2006, after allegedly stealing a friend's SUV.
6. Joyce DeWitt
Joyce DeWitt, best known for her staring role as Janet Wood on the television series "Three’s Company," was arrested on July 4, 2009, in El Segundo, Cal. for suspicion of DUI.
7. Heidi Fleiss
The former Hollywood Madame, Heidi Fleiss, was arrested on Feb. 8, 2008, for driving without a license, possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription, being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
8. Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan was arrested on December 11, 2006, on DUI charges after witnesses saw her driving the wrong way on the Burbank freeway in her black Mercedes-Benz sport utility vehicle.
9. Sam Shepard
Actor Sam Shepard was arrested on January 3, 2009, on DUI charges in Normal, Illinois. Shepard, age 65, was speeding when he was pulled over and police found reason to administer a breathalyzer test.
10. Heather Locklear
On November 17, 2008, actress Heather Locklear was charged with driving under the influence of prescription medications, stemming from her arrest on September 27.
