American Academy Award-nominated television and film actor, Rip Torn, 75, was arrested in December of 2006 for drunk driving in Westchester County, New York, after being involved in a collision with another vehicle. In 2007, Torn pleaded guilty to being "ability impaired" and was fined and lost his license.
On Dec. 14, 2008, he was arrested and charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.
