Wynonna Judd was arrested in November 2003 in Nashville, Tennessee for drunk driving. She was stopped for speeding and the arresting officer smelled alcohol. After submitting to a breathalyzer test, Judd registered a .175 blood alcohol level, more than twice the legal limit in Tennessee in 2003. She received 200 hours of community service, lost her driver's license for a year, and had to pay over $1,000 in court costs and fines.
