Yankees pitcher Joba Chamberlain, 23, was arrested on DUI charges on October 28, 2008, by the Nebraska state patrol. According to reports, Chamberlain was cited on suspicion of driving under the influence, speeding and having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle.
In April 2009, Chamberlain pleaded guilty to drunken driving and received nine months probation.
