Allen Iverson was arrested after he allegedly threatened two men with a gun while he was searching for his wife, Tawanna Iverson and his cousin. He was arrested on 14 felonies and misdemeanor charges, including assault, terrorist threats, and weapons offenses. All but two charges were dismissed during the first day of his trial in July 2002.
According to reports, during a domestic fight, Iverson threw his wife out of the house when she was dressed only in her underwear. After not seeing her for two days, he went to search for her and made threatening statements to two men inside an apartment where Iverson suspected his wife was hiding.
