Clark was kicked off the television program "American Idol" when he failed to tell them about his arrest in 2002 for battery on a police officer, battery on his sister, and endangering a child after he got into a family argument.
Clark received publicity when he claimed he had sex with Paula Abdul, one of the American Idol judges, a charge Abdul vehemently denied.
