Singer and actor Rick Springfield, 61, was arrested on May 1, 2011, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department reported that Springfield was given a breathalyzer test which showed his blood-alcohol content was .10 percent. The legal limit in California is .08.
