Joseph Gannascoli, best known for his role as Vito Spatafore on "The Sopranos" was arrested in June 2010 in Tampa, Florida and charged with driving under the influence.
Police stopped Gannascoli after they saw his swerving on the road. He was arrested after police noticed that he he appeared to be drunk.
