Joe Garza

Joe Garza was convicted in the December 31, 1998 choking death of a 26-year-old man. Garza and the victim were partying in the victim's vehicle when Garza choked him to death with a rope and took his vehicle and money. Garza then dumped the victim's body on the street and fled the scene.
