Richard Wright Laguardia

Richard Wright Laguardia is wanted for the alleged continuous sexual abuse of two minor females in the early 1980s. He was originally charged in 1982 with three counts of child sexual abuse, including lewd or lascivious acts with a child. He was subsequently arrested, but posted bail and never appeared in court. At the time, Laguardia was on probation for child physical abuse charges.
