Robert Douglas Preece is wanted by the FBI for robbing two banks in Salt Lake City, Utah. According to investigators Preece robbed one bank on September 6, 2007 using a knife and pounding his fist on the teller's counter. On October 12, 2007, Preece allegedly robbed a second bank using a black handgun. In both robberies, when the teller hesitated to give him money, he went behind the counter, threatened the teller, got money and then fled the banks on foot.
UPDATE: Robert Douglas Preece was captured in Portland, Oregon, the FBI reported Oct. 5, 2007.
