Wanted: Dawan Frank Martin

The FBI has added Dawan Frank Martin to its list of criminals who are wanted for violent crimes. Martin has fled to avoid prosecution for a shooting incident that took place during an altercation which took place outside a bar in Peducah, Kentucky.
