Crime Poll: Jurors Questions During Trial

Allowing jurors to ask questions about the testimony that is being given while the trail is going on is a growing trend in US courtrooms. In fact, in some states asking a jury if they have questions has become mandatory.

Some believe jurors become more involved and accountable when permitted to ask questions while the trial is going on. Others feel that it is too time consuming and judges risk losing control of the trial.
