A Georgia woman who was convicted of killing her policeman husband and later her fireman boyfriend has died in prison. Lynn Turner, 42, was found unresponsive in her cell at Metro State Prison in Atlanta.Turner was found dead in her bunk inside a cell she shared with several other inmates.
Helen Gregory, Turner's mother, told reporters that she visited her daughter the day before along with Turner's two children, now 12 and 14. She said Turner appeared fine but was concerned for her safety.
"As I started to leave her yesterday, she said, 'Momma, those girls are going to get me. I just know they will,'" Gregory said.
However, investigators said an autopsy revealed no indication of foul play, but toxicology and other test are still pending.
Two Poisoning Deaths
Turner, a former 9-1-1 operator in north Georgia, had apparently gotten away with the antifreeze poisoning of her husband, Glenn Turner, on March 3, 1995, after his death was ruled the result of cardiac dysrythmia. Four days after his death, Turner moved in with her boyfriend, Forsyth County firefighter, Randy Thompson.
When Thompson also died in January 2001, the medical examiner found calcium oxylate crystals in his kidneys, indicating antifreeze poisoning. When the examiner discovered that calcium oxylate crystals were also found in the kidneys of Glenn Turner, he reopened that investigation.
Turner was convicted of Glenn Turner's murder in 2001 and was convicted of Randy Thompson's murder in 2007. She received life sentences in both cases, although the prosecution had sought the death penalty.

Guess someone gave HER some green gatorade, like she did the two men that she killed! Should ANYONE have sympathy that this greedy cow is gone? UMMMMMMM NO WAY!
She took the lives of two really nice guys that didnt deserve what this monster did ……slowly poisoned these guys and pretended to NURSE them back to health, all the while constantly feeding them “gatorade” that was spiked with antifreeze, in order to get her mitts on their life insurance policies …..BURN IN HELL LYNN
They say judice will be served. Well finally the true judice has been. What goes around comes around. I am still very sad to for the Thompson and Turner families. After all they lost two lives for absolutely no reason other than greed at the hands of this woman. I also feel for the 3 children left behind and will never understand why the younger two would have wanted to visit their mother in prison…the woman who took the life of their father away of them. No way in hell should her adoptive mother had ever brought them to see this evil woman. Those children shouldn’t even be in the hands of this woman in my eyes either.
