Weekly Crime Poll: Could You Vote Guilty?

Prosecutors sought an indictment against Casey Anthony without ever locating the body of her daughter Caylee Anthony, in spite of the fact it's difficult to prove murder when there is no body. Anthony was indicted by a grand jury on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators about the disappearance of her daughter.

Could you vote guilty without the body of a victim?
