Wanted: Miguel Angel Ruiz-Rivera

The FBI has added Miguel Angel Ruiz-Rivera to its list of fugitives wanted for crimes against children. Ruiz-Rivera has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child less than 13 years old in Virginia. Police say he was living with the victim's grandmother while assaulting her 11-year-old granddaughter over a seven year period.
