Casey Anthony Bailed Out of Jail

Thursday August 21, 2008
The mother of a 3-year-old daughter who has been missing since June 16 has been released from jail after a California bounty hunter posted her $500,000 bond. Casey Anthony, mother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony, returned to her parents' home in Orlando today wearing a ankle monitoring bracelet.

Her bond was posted by Leonard Padilla of California who worked through a local bail bond agency.

Although she is a "person of interest" in the disappearance of Caylee, Casey Anthony has been charged with child neglect and making false statements to investigators.

Casey claims that she left her daughter with a babysitter on June 16. According to court documents, she told investigators that she did not report Caylee missing because she was conducting her own investigation. She said that she was afraid Caylee would be harmed if she contacted the police.

Police found that the apartment where she said she left her daughter with a babysitter had been vacant for months. Investigators also said that Anthony gave them a bogus employer, manager's name and work telephone number.

Now Free to Talk?

Casey Anthony has been in jail for more than a month. On the advice of her attorney, she has not been talking to inivestigators and even stopped visits with members of her family, because those visits were being videotaped.

Padilla said he posted Casey's bond because he believes that after she is home she will be free to talk and help her family located Caylee.

"It's not about getting Casey out to make sure she feels better," Padilla told reporters. "It's all about the interest of finding Caylee. Hopefully, she will get us some information."

If Padilla’s sole intent is to locate Caylee, why is he giving Casey time “with her family?” How is that helping to find Caylee? He has a “hunch” she is still alive. My “hunch” tells me that that woman hid her body so well, she’ll probably never be found. But then, Casey will claim that the kidnappers killed her. I can’t imagine what “good” reason Casey would have for withholding any and all information she has about Caylee, unless its to protect her on sorry self from prosecution.

Am I the only one who has figured this out? Casey killed her daugheter either intentionally or accidentally, and has disposed of the body. The evidence to date clearly supports this theory. She is smart enough to know that if she just keeps he mouth shut the police will eventually have to let her go since without the body they have nothing on her. Casey will not talk in or out of jail so the bond issue is nothing but crap. The big question is how long will the police be able to hold her or suspect her before they are forced to drop any charges.
This will eventaully happens f Casey stays clammed up and she knows it.

Van Mag - NO, you’re not alone. You’re just in the wrong blog. Go to the article titled, “Prosectors believe Caylee Anthony may be dead” and look at that blog. Huge, started 7/24 to present date. (it starts out a little unfriendly at times but softens up towards the end)

Does anyone think that perhaps the father of the baby might be George Anthony?

OK, so she gets bailed out and sent home. Why should that make her open up and say anything? It is like she pouted and got her way. How nice to be able to sleep, eat and relax in a comfortable place while her little girl is out there somewhere, enduring who knows what. I think she has played a sick, lying game all along. She has serious mental issues that need to be addressed.

Casey’s release from Prison Angers me to
my Very Soul! She’s a Guilty as Al Capone in
her little Daughter’s,let’s face facts,death.
And yet, despite the Evidence before them
(The blood stained,death smelling,strands of
Caylee’s hair holding car),Padilla and Casey’s
parents still believe they will find and save
the child.Or,at least they want us to believe
such bull. And,Casey could get away with it
because Caylee’s body may never be found.
No Justice for Caylee. That Burns me up!

Anyone with a shred of common sense knows that this twit murdered her child. Could you go out and party if you had accidently caused the death of your child?? Look at it this way:
Q: If you have nothing to hide, how much trouble could you get in for reporting your child kidnapped at the time of the incident? A: None
Q: How much trouble could you get in if you just GAVE your child to a stranger?
A: Some, you would not go to prison for life, maybe not at all & you would get what you wanted in the first place . . . no child.
Q: How much trouble could you be in if you killed your child?
A: The worst ever.
Of these options, which would make you totally clam up & not cooperate with police? It’s as obvious as a turd in a punchbowl, eh?

I know exactly how you feel because I am going through the same thing.I have woken up in the middle of the night to check the news. I have broken the Sabbath to make sure I haven’t missed any breaking leads. I have blogged about the case TWICE in the past week on my blog, Bungalow Babe in the Big City.

Though I do not use a television in my summer bungalow, I’ve watched Nancy Grace on YouTube. I think I have listened to the 911 and jailhouse audiotapes about 20 times already.

Just yesterday, I was roaming around the grounds of my summer community, trying to engage people in a discussion of the Caylee Anthony case but most people are so horrified they don’t even want to think about it. And few seem to be following it as closely as me.

I, too, have wondered just what is obsessing me about this case. I have worried that I am deranged.

Because I have a very demanding PR business that I continue to run from my summer place, I have literally lost sleep following this case at night via the internet. And though I am generally obsessed by missing persons cases, this one occupies its own place in my heart and mind. This one is utterly unique.

But why?

Here is my theory:

This case is maddening to observe because it presents the most horrifying scenario in the world — a mother’s utter indifference in the face of her child’s endangerment or recent death.

As spectators, we are being presented with the facts of the case and they add up to an inescapable, terrible conclusion: Caylee Marie Anthony is dead and her mother either did it or has something to do with it.

There is no “grey area” in this case. The myriad horrible clues all point to a dead child. And a cold, uncaring young mother.

To add further drama, there is a dysfunctional dynamic between Casey and her mother Cindy that would seem typical of most adolescent girl-mom relationships were there not a missing — and feared dead — 2 year old child.

We’ve seen her on TV. We’ve heard her on audio-tape. Casey Anthony is a sociopathic ***** who doesn’t have an iota of love or care for her daughter…or anyone. It seems to me that Caylee’s disappearance and apparent murder was an act of revenge against her mother, who is another nut-job, also a liar but a completely irritating moron as well. The fact that she didn’t contact the police on day ONE of her daughter’s disappearing act with the child is very troubling. The fact that she let this criminal rack up charges on her stolen credit card speaks volumes.

The good thing is that credit card purchases leave a paper-trail. Investigators will be able to piece together Casey’s activities over the past 31 days, possibly leading them to Caylee.

Getting back to Casey, she is a spoiled, self-centered brat who actually thought that by lying — something she has evidently done her entire life — she would get away with her daughter’s death or disappearance. As I wrote in my first blog post, this case smells like the trunk of Cindy Anthony’s stolen car. There are so many details that are missing; so many facts that do not add up or make sense. And because they are maddeningly unanswered, we reflexively take on the role of detective or investigator.

So, for instance, where the hell is the child’s father? Where is his family if, indeed, he is dead, which I hardly believe. It has occured to me that Caylee is the product of incest. I wonder why this child was even born, why her then-20-year-old, single mother chose to even have a child after, oops, getting pregnant.

Part of my own theory is that Casey wanted to have an abortion but her mother talked her into keeping the child by promising she would raise her and Casey could “go on” with her life. Arrangements like these rarely work out. Casey must have resented how much her mother loved little Caylee and used the child as a pawn to hurt her parents.

Another aspect in this case that makes it irresistible is the plethora of ridiculous lies that keep getting told. How can the media keep reporting the crap Cindy Anthony keeps on feeding them? Who can believe a thing this woman says? She is loving the limelight, grooving on starring in her own reality show. Something is insanely wrong with her.

Casey is not an impoverished single mother who has worked 24/7 to provide for her child. She has been unemployed virtually since her daughter was born. She lived with her parents while they paid for everything in her life and raised her child. She is the worst possible version of a contemporary American adolescent.

Though I am generally against the death penalty, I would pull the switch on Casey Anthony in a second.

And I would throw that moronic mother of hers in the slammer for life for the crime of creating that monster and failing to protect her granddaughter.

Why would anyone bail someone like that out of jail!!! She love partying more than her daughter. I’m glad to she in jail. She doesn’t get to party or go out with men in jail. Her parents should of kept her in school.
