An Illinois woman who already faced the death penalty for the murder of Jimella Tunstall and her unborn baby is now facing another death penalty trial for the murder of Tunstall's three children. Prosecutors will seek the death penalty for Tiffany Hall, who is accused of drugging the three children with cough syrup, drowning them and putting them into a washer and dryer.
Hall, 25, was already facing the death penalty for hitting Tunstall over the head in September 2006, using scissors to cut the fetus from her womb, wrapping her in a shower curtain and dumping her body in a vacant lot.
Investigators say Hall was Tunstall's best friend and her children's babysitter. Several days after killing Tunstall, Hall told the children it was time to take a bath and drowned them one at a time in the same bathtub.
A Grisly Discovery
According to court records, Hall tried to claim Tunstall's dead fetus was her own child and made funeral arrangements for the baby. Her boyfriend came home from the Navy to attend the services. It was then Hall told her boyfriend that the baby was not hers.
The boyfriend told police, setting off an investigation that turned up the body of Tunstall and later the bodies of the three children in Tunstall's clothes washer and dryer.
A grand jury indicted Hall in October for the murder of Tunstall and her fetus. She was indicted in April for the deaths of DeMond Tunstall, 7; Ivan Tunstall-Collins, 2; and Jinella Tunstall, 10 months. Prosecutors delayed the indictment for the murder of the children in order to collect more evidence.

What can you say about something so hellish. Is this woen mentally unstable has to be. i cant beleive that anyone would do something so horible.The death penalt is what she needs alright. But you kow at the end of the day GOD is her judge and jury.
I hope that Tiffany Hall gets the electric chair. If they have discontinued it in Chicago they need to bring it back especially for her. I hurd about this story last year but never got around to looking it up. I agree with Julia, she has to be mentally disturbed. How could someone do something so horrifying. That poor woman and those 4 sweet babies. Ladies take a good look at the people you call your friends, nobody wants another disaster like this to happen. I have prayed and will continue to pray that GOD takes care of that family.
I had followed this story since day 1 and I cannot believe that someone coud do something so horible. I believe she was jealous of her friend and she also lied to her boyfriend about being pregnant so she had to produce a baby, She needed professional help and i cant believe no one saw the signs……
I’m amazed I am only hearing about this case now that she was escaped the death penalty. I read the crime section daily but somehow missed this evilness.

If you think this case was horrible try living it, that women was really crazy. In the sad part about this whole case is she lived right behind my family and I. And no one knew what the missing children look like the photographes of the children was released after the kids was found. Seeing those children in those big plastic bags really did something to the people staying around use its so sad i was terrified to stay home that night. I just couldn’t believe how crazy a woman can be just to be with a man.
