Poll: Should Sexual Offenders Wear Tracking Devices?

In light of a rash of child abductions, rapes and murders by previously convicted sex offenders, the U.S. Congress and several states are considering new laws that will force repeat sexual offenders to wear tracking devices for the rest of their lives. Do you think this tactic is a good idea?

Sex offenders are rarely rehabilitated they should have to wear tracking devices for the rest of their lives.

THEY SHOULD WEAR TRACKING DEVICES EVEN AFTER THEY ARE RELEASED. RIGHT AFTER THEIR GENTILES ARE REMOVED
