A New York woman pleaded guilty to second-degree rape charges for providing a hotel room and booze so that her teenage daughter and a friend could have sex with two men they met on a shopping trip.
The woman took her 13-year-old daughter and her 14-year-old friend on an overnight shopping trip in April. The girls met Giberto Gonzalez, 19, and Michael Berger, 18, at a shopping mall. The woman told investigators she got them a hotel room and bought them beer and malt liquor because it was time for her daughter to "have sex and get it over with."
The woman's name is being withheld by the media to protect the identity of the under aged girls.
Judge Rory Bellantoni told the woman that if she could show that she understood the seriousness of her crime, he will sentence her to six months in jail when her sentencing is scheduled Oct. 26.
