This story is unbelievable, yet it could be happening right next door. It certainly was next door to someone who maybe even heard the child’s cries yet never saw a child. We all need to be more vigilant in watching for the children in this country. They are helpless and innocent. We all need to step up and become our little brother’s (or sister’s) keeper.
