A 25-year-old Indiana man has been arrested in connection with the death of 10-year-old Katlyn (Katie) Collman, whose body was found in a stream near Crothersville, IN five days after disappeared while on her way home from a neighborhood store. Police say Charles James Hickman will be charged with murder and other counts in connection with the death.
