Georgia Prepares to Execute Convicted Killer

A man who slashed a teenager's throat then beat him to death with a baseball bat during a 1992 robbery, is scheduled to be executed in Georgia Tuesday. Lawyers for Timothy Don Carr will seek clemency today from the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles for the 34-year-old death row inmate.
