Police Seek Suspected Murderer, Wife, Baby

A Texas man who is missing with his wife and infant daughter is being sought by authorities after he was charged with the murder of his parents. Justin Wayne Smith, 25, was last seen driving a tan Chevrolet Suburban with Texas license plate: TNT 5.

The bodies of Thomas Henry Smith, 48, and Toni K. Smith, 45, in their Bay City, Texas home Tuesday wrapped in plastic drop cloth with the air conditioning turned to the coldest temperature. No further details were released.

Smith told police earlier this week that his parents had gone to Florida or Louisiana on business, after friends told police Sunday that they had not seen the couple since Dec. 12. The Smiths raised race horses.

Authorities said someone used the elder Smith's credit card to buy gas in Converse, Texas -- east of San Antonio -- Tuesday night.
