Police handcuffed and hauled a 10-year-old girl to jail in a patrol wagon after school officials found a pair of scissors she had carried to school. Police decided the girl had not committed a crime and let her go home, but school officials suspended her for five days. "My daughter cried and cried," said her mother, Rose Jackson. "She had no idea what she did was wrong. I think that was way too harsh."

I think that what they did to that girl was obscurd. The only reason they should have arrested her like that is if she was causing harm to herself or others
