The FBI has increased the reward for information leading to the capture of most-wanted fugitive James J. "Whitey" Bulger to $2 million. One of Boston's most notorious organized crime leaders, Bulger has been on the run from the law since 1994. He disappeared after being indicted for 19 murders.
